Daniel visited our school in December 2020 as part of our well-being week. Daniel’s HIIT classes are my absolute favourite.. Before he started at my gym I would only do the 30 minute classes as I never liked the extra 15 minutes! I now always try and go to his 45 minute ones as he keeps it fun, interesting and always gets me in the red zone without fail! I always feel like I have done a satisfying workout.. He is excellent at explaining the exercises, always giving you regressions and progressions options with each station. “Daniel visited our school in May 2018 as part of our Mental Health Awareness week. He took the time to speak to all of our year groups (approx. 1200 students) in turn.
Each group was captivated by what Daniel had to say. His presentation was engaging, active and extremely relevant to the students, and his enthusiasm, energy and positivity is infectious. Though our week was focused mostly on Mental Health, Daniel showed how caring for our wellbeing overall was the first step to positive mental health.
His honesty with regard to his own experiences was inspiring. It really struck a chord with all who heard him speak. He gave genuine, simple advice to students to help them care for their wellbeing. (His ‘Core 4’ is a message which we still use around the school today) He showed them that there is always hope and students of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances left feeling positive and enthusiastic about caring for their wellbeing.
When reviewing our week, his visit was frequently mentioned as a highlight. I would highly recommend having Daniel visit your school, business, workplace, event....whatever the case may be! You will be all the better for it!

"I was really happy with the six week Personal Training course I did with Daniel. All of my goals were fulfilled and I was very happy with my results.
My main goal was to become stronger and Daniel helped me feel much stronger, both physically and mentally. I feel much healthier than I did before I started. Daniel also educated me in terms of what I needed to do in the gym and how it would help me. I felt I made great progress especially when I compare where I am now to where I was at the beginning of the program.

"My experience of working with DTWellbeing is a happy one. I went to Daniel nervous to ask for help with training and I was instantly put at ease. As we spoke about my targets for the program, it was clear that they would be achievable as clearly he is very well educated and I also knew I'd feel comfortable regardless of my ability of training with him. First impression is just that he's a nice guy. Over time I became very comfortable around him and enjoyed spending an hour training with him.
The training was very focused to exactly what I wanted and he also gave me multiple little hacks to make things easier for myself. What makes DTWellbeing different and makes it head and shoulders above any other PT service I've ever heard of, is Daniel's genuine interest in you as a person, your interests and your mental health. I would feel comfortable, even now having finished a program with him, talking to him about personal issues, stuff I probably wouldn't talk about in another situation with anyone. Daniel spoke to both the Psychological Society and Yoga Society of Trinity College Dublin and was able to engage the crowd and keep interest high throughout our event.
