Daniel Twomey is a Ph.D. Researcher of well-being in Trinity College Dublin. He has previously worked as a secondary school teacher and university lecturer of Physical Education and is qualified in both Personal Training and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
He is an award-winning blogger and has had multiple TV and radio appearances, as well as being a published author and international public speaker on the topic of physical activity and positive mental health.
Daniel suffered severely with his own mental health during his twenties. Through sustained effort, he has grown and acquired the skills to manage stress and anxiety so that they don't affect his life anymore. His passion is to pass on these tools and help others who may be struggling with their own physical and/or mental health.
