Relationships and Suffering

  • Cortisol recedes (stress hormone)
  • Serotonin increases (happy)
  • Stress can increase
  • Stress and negative energy equals suffering
  • We shouldn’t settle for suffering
  • I recommend doing the following:
  • Remove all stressors from your life
  • Remove all negative energy from your life
  • Life is too short to suffer
  • We should aspire to live in a peak state
