How to start your work day at 7AM

At 9:20pm every evening between Sunday and Thursday, I want you to make sure that:

Your phone is turned off
Your laptop is turned off
Your PC is turned off
Your padlet is turned off
Your television is turned off
Your alarm is set for 6:20am
You are in bed
Your well-being journal is within arms reach
You have a pen/marker within arms reach
You have a book within arms reach
