Exercise as a Lifestyle

Exercise is fundamental for us as human beings.

We are designed to be physically active.

If we are not exercising regularly, over time we will develop complicated health issues - both physical and mental.

We need to be moving every day for 40-60 minutes.

Three days a week we need to exercise at a high intensity (indicated by being red-faced and out of breath) and on the remaining four days, we need to be moving continuously for one hour - whether it be going for a walk, a light jog or cycle.

Try to build a habit of exercise over the next three weeks through discipline and self-motivation. 

Find ways of being active that you find fun and enjoyable.

Once you have established a habit of well-being, maintain this habit until it becomes a lifestyle.
