How much of your behaviour is dictated by how you want other people to perceive you?
Think about the decisions that you have made in the last week. Challenge yourself critically to quantify how many of those decisions were made to impress, appease or satisfy others. Be honest with yourself.
Now ask yourself, “Is this a healthy strategy for my life?”.
Liberate yourself from the idea that people are thinking about you. They’re not. People are too busy living their own lives to care about what you’re doing.
We are not that important.
Live your life, do you and stop caring about what others think about you. The truth is, very few people do.
